Hey, I'm Name!

Growing up, I was always the skinny kid—about 160 pounds in high school, with a big head that only added to my insecurities about how I looked. Sports were a big part of my life, but multiple injuries on my left side—a separated shoulder, two fractured wrists, a pulled quad, and a broken ankle—shattered my dreams of playing competitively.


Still, my passion for the world of sports never faded. Instead of playing, I shifted my focus to understanding the game from behind the scenes, studying sports administration in school. But I wanted more—so I committed myself to becoming a trainer. I earned certifications through ISSA in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, and Nutrition.


For over a decade, I’ve been dedicated to helping people just like you build confidence, gain muscle, and lose body fat—transforming not just bodies, but mindsets. What truly motivates me are the moments when a client hits a new goal and their smile says it all. Knowing that I played a part in helping someone gain confidence and strength is what drives me every day. I also love seeing my clients push hard—those intense sweat sessions and the playful “evil looks” they give me are proof that we’re crushing a great workout together.


At the core of my coaching philosophy are three values I hold above all else: integrity, creativity, and safety. I’m committed to delivering innovative, effective training while always prioritizing my clients’ well-being.

Most of our clients train 2–3 times per week, which is plenty to see real progress — especially when paired with our nutrition support and recovery guidance.
